Shipping & Returns
Orders will be sent out within 3 days subject to payment and stock availability.
Tracking number will be provided once the garment has been posted and all garments are shipped with postal insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for change of mind and do not accept returns on sale/promotional items.
Returned garments must be in retail quality – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and reciept for return to be finalised. Posted returns must be sent back with a registered company and tracking.
Returned items may be repaired, refunded, credited or exchanged at our discretion.
Returns must be requested and sent back within 14 days of delivery date and shall be at the expense of the customer.
Size and colour exchanges may be carried out in-store dependent on stock availability. Exchanges may not be approved if the garment is made to order. Please inquire via email to request authorisation
If returning a garment is approved, please ensure there is no make-up/deodorant/moisturiser etc on the garment.
Approved refunds will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Postage fees will not be refunded and postage costs will not be refunded.
